Dear symposium speaker,

We are planning to publish proceedings of the symposium and Danny Ashery and I will be the editors. We are asking you to supply a manuscript of up to 8 pages of 16.5cm x 12cm (5.5in x 4.75in) PRINTED text (not page size), including figures, tables, and references. We would like to print all the contributions in the same format. I'm including details of the proposed LATEX style. It would be of great help if you could supply the copy during the meeting. The proposed LATEX format uses

\documentstyle[epsf]{article}
    or
\documentstyle[aps,epsf]{revtex}.

You can use either one. The "article" is part of the LATEX package, and epsf is also available to most users. The Latex template I'm sending you will create the correct page size. You can use the usual commands for sections and subsections and the bibliography (see example). You should let me know if you have any problems with the LATEX and we will help you to solve them.
